Job Summary
Corel Works Consult Ltd is recruiting for Construction Project Managers and Related Professionals (SOC 1122) to join our growing team. We deliver residential and commercial construction projects and are seeking skilled professionals to support our operations.
This role is eligible for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker visa route, subject to meeting Home Office requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Depending on the role, duties will include:
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Supervising site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Managing procurement processes and contractual obligations.
- Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- RQF 6 / Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in a construction management or related role.
- Knowledge of UK construction regulations, standards, and health & safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Desirable: Chartered status (CIOB, RICS, ICE, or equivalent).
Additional Information
Salary range: £43,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on role and experience).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Contract : Permanent.
Location : Based in London, with occasional travel to UK project sites.
