Job Summary

Corel Works Consult Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Manager to join our growing team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

This role is eligible for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker visa route, subject to meeting Home Office requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies, budgets, and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, health & safety, and company standards.
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
• Report on progress, risks, and performance to senior management.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• RAF 6 / Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in construction operations management.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations and health & safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Desirable: Chartered status (CIOB, RICS, or equivalent).
