Job Summary

We are recruiting experienced Bricklayers, Painters, and Plasterers to join our construction workforce. The successful candidates will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality craftsmanship to support our company’s growing portfolio.

This role is eligible for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker visa route, subject to meeting Home Office requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out bricklaying, painting, and plastering works to specification.
• Prepare surfaces and materials for construction and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and fellow tradespeople.
• Deliver work to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Relevant NVQ / Diploma (Level 2 or above) in Bricklaying, Painting & Decorating, or Plastering (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated professional experience in construction trades.
• Good knowledge of tools, materials, and safe working practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
